How to deal with husband's work pressure?

Hi, I have a loving and caring husband, knock wood :). however oflate from the time his manager at work has changed he is having a tough time. His manager gives him unattainable deadlines and gives him extra work which he cannot complete in the given time. Now this is affecting his behaviour at home, he comes home tired and dejected. He shares his work issues with me but am in a situation where I dunno how to console him. I try to use positive words and cheering him up, but that is not helping. I really want to help him, can anyone out there show me a way......please!How to deal with husband's work pressure?

i think u have to help him to complete his official work, if work pressure is more if u have children than u ahve to send your children to him when he enters the home with cheers or if he shares his office work wiht u, u have to help him

just pray god-- and just share with god (with whom u believe ) in such a way that put all ur strenghts of consoling in front him and ask for extra energy.and don't expect anything in return---just share ur strenghts of consoling daily.he may turn u towards the Greatest
